Due to heavy rains in and around plant area at Ambujanagar (Gujarat) resulting in flood on August 08, 2007, the Company has stopped the operations of the plants at Ambujanagar.

Loss arising out of the flood is being estimated. However, the same is fully covered under insurance.

All efforts are being made to restore normalcy at the earliest.
